Tankless Water Heaters

What is it?

• Tankless water heaters operate by heating water as fast as the water flows through the heater. 
• The tankless water heater can produce and endless amount of a certain amount of hot water. For instance, we have found that our tankless water heaters will allow for two showers to run constantly without running out of hot water.

Why use it?

• Tankless water heaters use less fuel, can save on fuel bills, take up less space, and offer a tax credit of $300.
• Even in many commercial applications there can be significant fuel savings.
• We have been successfully installing tankless water heaters in residences and commercial buildings for nearly two years, and have never had one complaint about running out of hot water.
• Tankless water heaters take up less space, and can sometimes be relocated outside or in an attic, thus adding additional closet or storage space.
• You can do your part to preserve the environment, as tankless water heaters are considered “green,” meaning they are very efficient and use less fuel.

• Tankless water heaters require a lot of gas or electricity to operate, so a site visit is usually required to determine if existing utilities are adequate
